Problems
First, people adopted the mechanical agitator to speed up the water flow movement for washing the rubber stoppers and aluminum caps, but it would cause the mechanical injury on the surface of rubber stoppers and aluminum caps.
Then, they used ultrasonic to wash the rubber stoppers and aluminum caps with high frequency vibration, but the efficiency also was not satisfactory for the reason that the plastic surface of rubber stoppers and aluminum caps are elastic, which is easy to absorb the ultrasonic. Later, people tried to use compressed air for bobbling in the water to strengthen sloshing and movement of water flow. There was an obvious improvement in the efficiency of washing the rubber stoppers and aluminum caps. However, because of the complicated geometric shapes of rubber stopper and aluminum caps, almost no direct air shock efficiency to them. It was difficult to clean them completely.

Solution
We are using two perfect cleaning methods that have achieved patents in our automatic rubber stopper and aluminum cap cleaning machine.
One is making use of continuous exchange between air current and water current to impact the rubber stoppers and aluminum caps. In this way, the air current shocks the surface of rubber stoppers and aluminum caps directly in high speed. The purpose of cleaning will be achieved with the repeated shocks and continuous change of location of shock.
The other one is bubbles removing by vacuum. First, make the rubber stoppers and aluminum caps completely submerged in water, and then set up the vacuum system. When the drum rotates slowly, in the moment of some submerged rubber stoppers and aluminum caps come out from water, their water pressure will aluminum caps come out from water, their water stoppers and aluminum caps will suddenly become big and blast because of instantaneous decompression.
Then the impurities and particles attached on the surface of rubber stoppers and aluminum caps will leave from the rubber stoppers and aluminum caps under the explosive force when he bubbles blasting. The purpose of cleaning will be achieved.
