For Simto, beauty is not something that is only skin deep, and a number of surface treatment efforts are done to each door. As a door makes up a large portion of building exteriors, we aim to provide a number of surfaces such as sky-blue paint, faux wood or a wood grain finish to make your door as appealing as possible. Whatever choice you choose for the finish on your door, Simto has the right technology to back our commitment to quality.

  • Security Door
A solid steel core is placed between the two facings on the door. Your security door then needs only minimal treatment to create a realistic appearance and texture of wood, red bronze or aged bronze. An etched pattern can also add a third dimension to your door, and below is listed different surface technologies we use to add the right surface to the door.

  • Security Door
Just after the electrostatic coating, we use a heat printing technology to transfer the desired appearance onto the door. These vivid patterns and details are great for improving the door’s appearance and enhancing curb appeal.

  • Etching
The etched pattern is comfortable to the touch, whether it be a fine grain or coarse grain pattern. Pick the desired color or combination of colors and add depth to your door.

  • Faux Red Copper
Using an advanced Italian vacuum heat transfer printing technology, your door can have a classy red copper look added, as well as an improved corrosion resistance.

  • Armored Door
Most Simto armored doors are available with a faux wood grain finish obtained using either PVC laminating or heat transfer printing. The heat printing process is often preceded by a process known as a silane treatment that is meant to improve the surface cleanliness and adhesion of subsequent paint.

  • Garage Door
Given that garage doors are going to be exposed to unfavorable weather conditions, these doors undergo electrostatic coating or a fluorocarbon coating to adhere a corrosion resistant surface to the door.

  • Wood Door
A clear coat for wood doors not only shows off the natural beauty and characteristics of a wood appearance, but it also serves as a barrier against moisture and air-borne corrosive contaminants.

  • MDF Door
Thousands of people have chosen MDF doors as a favored choice. In situations where real wood is needed, a laminate layer of veneer is added to protect the door.

Aged Copper
The look of aged copper goes well with a luxury environment, adding to the grandeur of villas, hotels, and churches.

Fire Rated Door
Many Simto fire rated doors have been through an electrostatic coating used to adhere beautiful colors, including sky blue, black, or white. We can also create embossed patterns on the surface upon request.
