Pet nutrition oral thin film coating machines are used for the continuous production of oral thin films used in pet nutrition products. The coating system focuses on stable coating and drying performance to support consistent film quality. During operation, a liquid formulation containing nutritional ingredients for pets is applied onto a moving release liner in a controlled and even layer. The coated film then passes through heated drying zones, where moisture is gradually removed and the film structure is formed. Once the film is dried and cooled, it can be slit inline and prepared for downstream packaging. After drying and cooling, the film is ready for downstream packaging, where it can be slit and cut into strips according to the required size.
