Manufacturing process:
We use CNC four-axis winding equipment to produce this type of air core coils, whose diameter is Ф0.25, Ф0.30, Ф0.40, Ф0.45, Ф0.50 and so on. Lines are tight between each other, so the changes of the products’ resistance are very tiny. Besides, soldering by automatic welding machines has the benefits of high efficiency of production and stability of quality. Up to now, it has sold about 30 million pieces.
