- RT series hot melt coater features a PLC control system with touch screen HMI, providing easy operation. With high automation, the hot melt adhesive fed can be precisely controlled according to the required coating width and coating thickness.
- Adopting a PID controller offers precise temperature control in the hot melt coating machine, with tolerance less than 1℃.
- The melt tank comes with the Teflon anti-stick coat on the surface, preventing hot melt adhesive against carbonization.
- The hot melt coating equipment is equipped with a high precision gear metering pump, allowing for stable adhesive feeding especially at high and low speed.
