Hot melt labeler for labeling of paper, plastic, metal or glass containers
The hot melt glue labeling machine applies labels to containers by heating and liquefying glue, which is then applied via the labeling head. It is suitable for labeling paper tubes, plastic bottles, metal cans, glass bottles, etc. The finished products will not deform due to climate or humidity and will not crack over time. Below 15°C, hot melt glue will permanently dry, making it suitable for various materials like card paper, paper, sand PVC, glazed PVC, foam PVC, etc.

Features
- Easy Switching: Switching between different cylindrical containers or labels is straightforward. No parts need to be replaced. A one-click function switch can be completed within 5 minutes. The machine supports both full glue and double-sided glue labeling methods, significantly saving glue.
- Simple Operation: The operator only needs to place the labels into the storage area. The machine will automatically perform photoelectric detection, label picking, glue application, and labeling on paper tubes within one second.
- Automatic Temperature Control: The machine includes an automatic temperature control system that maintains a constant glue temperature. Using a silicon-controlled rectifier (SCR) for automatic voltage regulation ensures more accurate glue temperature control, saving 50% of electricity.
- Adjustable Glue Thickness: Glue thickness can be freely adjusted between 0.05-0.15mm. Precise adjustments help reduce hot melt glue consumption.
- Improved Labeling Method: The enhanced three-roll labeling method ensures tighter adhesion between the label and the paper tube, keeping the final product intact. Even large diameter, thin-walled paper tubes can be labeled continuously.
- Pre-separation of Labels: Pre-separation of subsequent labels prevents duplicate label picking.
