KENT’s diesel generator combines the generator with a DSE controller with a power ranging between 15kva to 1325kva. We are able to provide low noise diesel generators, towable diesel generators, container generators and mobile diesel generators. These generators are often used as primary generators, standby generators and emergency generators.

  • KENT’s diesel generator features air distribution and combustion technology, ensures a higher air intake and efficient combustion and follows national standards on energy and environment protection. It is available as a higher powered diesel generator than competitor equipment, while still reducing fuel consumption and emissions.
  • The variable flow oil pump and plate-fin cooler and filer assembly ensure efficient generator lubrication and cooling.
  • The diesel generator uses twin submersible fresh water pumps and an air-air intercooler assembly with a better cooling effect, thus ensuring an efficient generator cooling performance.
  • The diesel generator uses a new type of piston head with a cooling cavity, and is also designed with a new cooling jet in order to effectively lower the piston ring heating load and prevent it from getting stuck. New innovations and improvements have also been made to the structure to ensure it is sealed and reliable.
  • Oil efficient, with the oil consumption lower than 10%-15% when compared to other generators with the same power.
  • KENT’s diesel generator is produced according to production standards, which makes it a reliable product for users.
Engine
  • The engine features combustion technology from AVL List GmbH, which is an engine where the engine cylinder is arranged in a V-configuration and a higher engine stroke. It is easy to install, operate and maintain.
  • The engine is versatile, high powered, and features a low oil consumption and an excellent starting performance.
  • The engine is designed with a monitoring meter and emergency shutdown system, which carries out automatic shutdown or default alarming and shutdown in the event that the oil pressure, oil, water temperature or speed exceed the allowable values.
  • The engine also uses an electrically controlled PA fuel injection pump assembly pump and 8 opening P oil injector. It also uses a high-pressure fuel pump for high injection pressure, better atomization and sufficient combustion.
  • A unique combustion system allows for a quick startup of the diesel generator cooling system, a superior power driving performance and cost saving performance.
Alternator
  • Able to provide a constant excitation
  • A parallel connection between this generator and a power grid or other generators is easily accessible.
  • It has a dynamic balancing rotor with a well-sealed ball bearing featuring single bearing and double-bearing structure.
  • It features an easy and convenient installation and maintenance, and also features an easily operated binding post, rotating diode and coupling bolt.
