• The engine uses a one-piece crankshaft, gantry structure, connecting rod and short stroke piston, featuring compact and properly designed appearance, which is highly adaptable and can achieve interchangeability with 135 series diesel engine.
• The engine adopts new type re-entrant combustion chamber, which improves injection pressure and combustion process to meet standards of environment protection, such as the displacement and emission meet JB8891-1999 standards and noise emission follows GB14097-1999 standards.
• Excellent lubrication and cooling system reduces use of external pipeline and spare parts, the brushless alternator reduces oil leakage and make the engine more reliable.
• The diesel engine is perfectly matched with J98 and J114b exhaust-gas turbocharger, which can work well under plateau environment, with the power falling no more than 3% when being used in 5000m-high plateau areas.
• The engine is designed with high-vacuum exhaust ejector, pleated paper filter from Germany and ceramic coated piston ring. The diesel engine can be used in desert or high-dust places and it is free from premature abrasion.
• 138 series diesel engine is an improved model of 135 series manufactured by Wuxi Power Engineering Co.,Ltd, with the basic accessories being matched with 135 series.

• The alternator features easy installation and maintenance, which has easily operated binding post, rotatable diode and coupling bolt.
• Available for easy parallel connection with electrical grid and the other alternators.
• The alternator is designed with dynamic balancing rotor, well-sealed ball bearing, features single bearing and double bearing structure.
