The DG2 c-frame two point deep drawing press is specially designed for high-precision forming of battery shells and other deep drawn parts. This mechanical gap frame press exceeds Japan’s JIS Grade-1 precision standards and is ideal for deep drawing operations requiring speed, stability, and accuracy.
With a capacity from 60T to 160T and stroke lengths ranging from 140mm to 240mm, the deep drawing press supports efficient, high-speed production. Its one-piece welded structure is stress-relieved through tempering, ensuring exceptional rigidity. Customers are welcome to witness the tempering process at our facility.
All gears are processed to the same standard as leading Japanese brands and ground for high transmission efficiency and low noise. The connecting rods, bearings, and guideways use circulating thin oil lubrication to support long-term high-speed operation. Equipped with a high-torque clutch and brake system from Italian brand Yuyi, the press ensures reliable safety performance.
