The straight side two point deep drawing press is a high-precision mechanical H-frame press engineered for forming battery shells and other deep drawn components. Built to exceed Japan’s JIS grade-1 precision standards, this machine is ideal for large-scale deep drawing operations that demand accuracy, rigidity, and efficiency.

With a capacity from 300T to 400T and stroke lengths ranging from 350mm to 400mm, the deep drawing press supports long-form, high-precision part production. Its welded one-piece frame is stress-relieved through tempering, ensuring excellent rigidity and dimensional stability. Customers are welcome to witness the tempering process onsite during production.

Equipped with eight-sided guideways, the press enhances off-center load resistance. Cross gearboxes are integrated on the press sides, while guide pillars and bushings with circulating thin oil lubrication are installed on both upper and lower worktables. A base-mounted oil tray keeps the workspace clean.

All gears follow high-precision grinding procedures consistent with top Japanese standards, delivering smooth transmission and low noise. The connecting rods, bushings, and guideways are lubricated through an automatic circulating system to ensure long-term high-speed operation. A high-torque clutch and brake system ensures safe, responsive control.
