The DS4/DSL4 four-point eccentric geared straight side press is designed for large-scale, high-precision metal stamping, punching, bending, cutting, and blanking. The entire press line can be configured in 4-press or 5-press layouts with dual moving bolsters. Production speeds reach 15–18 pieces per minute, supporting both intermittent and continuous operation modes to meet different production requirements. Full-line die change (ADC) time is controlled within 90 to 180 seconds, greatly improving efficiency. The first press is equipped with a pneumatic cushion, and the entire system is fully enclosed and automated, offering efficient, intelligent, and stable performance for complex manufacturing tasks.

With a capacity from 630T to 1,600T and stroke speeds between 8 and 18 SPM, the four-point eccentric geared straight side press is built to support demanding, large-scale production.
