High-Speed Metal Stamping Presses
HHC Series Mechanical Presses
This precision C-frame press features a stroke range of 30-50 mm, speeds of 200-600 strokes per minute, and a shut height of 305-365 mm. Powered by an 18.5 kW main motor, it is designed for precision metal stamping applications such as rotor and stator cores, terminals, lead frames, hardware components, and can lids. It can be integrated with a feeder, straightener, decoiler, and scrap chopper to form a complete metal stamping line.
- The high-strength cast iron frame is fully stress-relieved to ensure dimensional stability and consistent accuracy, ideal for continuous stamping production.
- Additional side guide posts are incorporated into the traditional slide structure to improve anti-eccentric loading capability, reduce unilateral wear, and support large dies and long progressive operations.
- Equipped with a hydraulic die locking system and height indicator for convenient die adjustment and secure setup.
- The human–machine interface offers digital parameter control and real-time fault monitoring for simple and efficient operation.
- Features an electric die height adjustment mechanism with a height indicator for precise and user-friendly setup.

Continuously feeds metal coils into the press for high-speed, stepwise stamping operations
Used for uncoiling and recoiling metal strip during production
Levels uneven metal sheets through upper and lower rollers to ensure flat, consistent material feed
Collects and removes waste generated during the stamping process, keeping the production area clean and efficient
A Turkish customer, who is a supplier for Toyota, purchased our HHC-85T press in 2023 for producing automotive components such as license plate clips. They were highly satisfied with the performance and reliability of the metal stamping press, later introducing three additional clients and accompanying our sales team for on-site visits, building a strong and lasting partnership.
A customer in China purchased the HHC-85T press for stamping small motor rotor and stator cores. Since its installation in 2019, the stamping press has been running smoothly without issues. The customer continues regular maintenance with our team and reports consistent production stability and excellent operating condition.
