MDH Series Mechanical Presses
To meet diverse requirements for precision metal stamping, this straight side press offers a pressing capacity from 30 to 200 tons, with a stroke length of 20-50 mm and speeds ranging from 150 to 800 strokes per minute. Typical applications include lead frame stamping, rotor and stator forming, metal component fabrication, and easy-open can lid production. When combined with feeder, decoiler, straightener, and scrap chopper, it supports high-speed mass production and facilitates the setup of automated stamping lines.
- The press machine body is made of high-strength cast iron, carefully heat-treated and naturally aged to eliminate internal stress and achieve optimal structural performance.
