KM311 hydraulic rock bolting rig is intended for rock bolting in mining and tunneling projects. It is capable of handling various bolt types, such as friction bolts and resin bolts. The rock bolting rig can travel through tunnels with a 2.5m wide and 2.2m high cross section, and the rock bolting operations can be carried out in tunnels with a cross section of more than 3m in width and more than 3m in height.

Features

KM311 hydraulic rock bolting rig utilizes a single drilling arm with multiple work position advancing beam design, equipped with rock bolt storage bin and screen handling arm for installation of wire mesh, optional curing agent delivery system, suitable for various bolting operations such as fully grouting bolting, rock bolting with expansion shell.
It’s equipped with the French Montabert imported medium and low pressure high-frequency hydraulic rock drill, and a stepped piston for enhanced reliability and lower maintenance costs.
The hydraulic rock bolting rig is equipped with the original power control valve block from Montabert, France, enabling it to feature automatic impact pressure adjustment, and anti-jamming function. This ensures smooth and accurate hole drilling during the operation.
The drilling equipment uses Kaishan brand energy-saving integrated direct-connected screw air compressor, offering smooth operation, easy maintenance, significantly saved energy and reduced pollution.
It is equipped with a Cummins diesel engine, when matched with a four-wheel hydraulic drive walking system and exhaust purification device, it can achieve stepless speed change, strong climbing ability, high travel speed, and greatly improved environment.
Walking brake adopts a dual-circuit multi-disc wet brake system, complemented by a multi-disc parking brake system, providing double guarantee for the braking of the bolting rig.
This rock bolting rig comes with compact structure and flexible steering. The mining articulated chassis is equipped with wet wheel axles, with an articulated steering angle of ±40° and a rear axle swing angle of ±10°.
Spacious working space ensures good driver visibility, and the drilling rig is equipped with a liftable safety roof and a series of automatic functions.
