KM211 hydraulic rock bolting rig is specially designed for handling different bolt types such as friction bolts and resin bolts in underground mines and tunnels at low heights. The rock bolting rig can pass through tunnels with cross section of 2m in width and 2.5 in height, and rock bolting operation can be implemented in tunnels with cross section at width greater than 2.5m and height greater than 2m.

The hydraulic rock bolting rig has one drill boom with multi-station feed beam, and is configured with bolt magazine and meshing module, it is suitable for multiple bolting operations such as tubular friction and resin rock bolting; A complete range of functions including hole drilling, meshing, bonding agent feeding and bolt installation can be implemented through the operator control panel;
The medium/low pressure hydraulic drifters from Montabert are used in the rock bolting rig. Hydraulic hoses and seals do not operate in high pressure conditions since the hydraulic drifter works under low oil pressure, thus resulting in prolonged service life, high reliability and less maintenance cost when compared to high pressure hydraulic drifter;
Stepped piston is used in rock drill (drifter), which helps increase drilling speed, improve the efficiency of impact energy transfer from drill to rock, and reduce the consumption of drilling tools while maintaining the condition of the drill rig;
Low-emission Cummins diesel engine paired with hydraulic four-wheel-drive transmission system is included in the hydraulic rock bolting rig, achieving stepless speed adjustment, high gradeability and fast walking speed;
