Application
The crimping force of the YONG-FENG Y80 hydraulic hose crimping machine is 1750kN, with a crimp range of 6~56mm and 8 sets of standard dies. YONG-FENG Y80 crimpers are widely used for crimping high-pressure fuel pipes, industrial hoses, fire sprinkler hoses, automobile brake cables, water hoses, air conditioner hoses, bathroom hoses, metal pipes, steel tubes, etc.

Digital controlled hose crimping machine
Digital controlled crimping machines have obvious advantages over traditional crimpers. The touchscreen operation panel is clear and convenient. The traditional manual adjustment is replaced by the digital controlled electrical ruler, with a crimping precision of 0.01mm, which is 10 times that of traditional crimpers.
Material
The oil cylinder cover, oil tank and piston rod are made of 40 chromium, with a surface hardness of HRC26-30 and an operation layer hardness of HRC59-63. The hardened layer is 2mm thick.
Hydraulic conduction system
With the pipeless valve block connection, the hydraulic conduction system is oil tight and durable with stable pressure conduction and great longevity, and greatly improves the performance of the crimping machine.
Die connection
Our crimping dies are connected through magnetism, which makes it convenient for assembly and disassembly, and the crimping is neat and nice.
