Corrugated Machine Parts
Used in single facer to ensure consistent bonding of fluted medium and linerboard by applying pressure over the corrugated web
- Roll diameter: 200-600mm
- Roll width: 1000-3600mm
- Hardness: HRC>58
- Circular runout tolerance: ≤0.02mm
Pressure rolls are one of the main components in the single facer section of a corrugated board production line. Working together with the corrugating rolls, they apply uniform pressure to bond the fluted medium to the linerboard, forming a stable and reliable single face web. Designed to maintain consistent pressure and surface contact at high speeds, these rolls help ensure proper adhesion, reduce bonding defects, and support the overall strength and quality of the final board. Their performance is critical to keeping production stable and minimizing waste during continuous operation.
Features
- Each pressure roll undergoes nitriding and medium-frequency hardening, followed by precision grinding to ensure circular runout is kept under 0.02 mm, maintaining stability during high-speed operation.
- Multiple material options are available, including 45# steel, 42CrMo, 48CrMo, and 50CrMo alloy steel, selected based on application requirements.
- Optional peripheral heating design is available to reduce steam consumption, shorten heat-up time, and significantly boost production efficiency.
