Anilox rolls are used in both corrugated board production and flexographic printing, where they enable controlled and repeatable transfer of inks, adhesives, or coatings. Whether for gluing stations or printing units, their role is to deliver consistent volume and surface coverage, ensuring print quality and efficient material usage. Our production process integrates the 100HE closed-loop thermal spray system from the U.S., applying imported chromium oxide powder to form a dense ceramic coating with exceptional hardness and wear resistance. To meet diverse application needs, we use high-precision German fiber laser technology to engrave various cell patterns, allowing customization of line count, geometry, and engraving angle according to specific print or coating requirements.

Applications

Anilox rolls are widely used in the packaging and printing industry, including water-based ink printing machines for corrugated boxes, various types of flexographic printers, as well as coating equipment for applications such as hot stamping foil, metallic paperboard, laminates, lithium battery materials, and thermal transfer ribbons.

Features
  • Engineered for high-speed, continuous operation with exceptional stability and precision.
  • The ceramic coating, applied with advanced thermal spray technology, is dense, smooth, and highly resistant to wear, ideal for engraving high line count patterns.
  • Optimized cell structure with thinner walls and an ideal opening-to-depth ratio maximizes transfer volume per unit area without compromising accuracy.
  • Polished cell interiors improve release efficiency, allowing for smoother transfer and more uniform coverage across the substrate.
  • Strict control over cell geometry and volume consistency ensures precise, repeatable transfer performance in printing and coating applications.
  • A wide range of anilox cell geometries is available to meet different transfer volume requirements and accommodate various materials and application types.
