HRT-A02C high frequency reciprocating friction and wear testing machine is engineered to fulfill the testing requirements for evaluating diesel fuel lubricity, using a standard ball-on-flat configuration.

The high frequency reciprocating friction and wear testing machine features stable and reliable reciprocating stroke adjustment with a wide adjustment range, high precision friction force measurement, and versatile test modes.
The main testing unit is computer-controlled, utilizing Hengxu’s specialized friction and wear testing software based on high-speed industrial control technology. This software is designed to plot real-time parameter curves with a data acquisition frequency of up to 100 KHZ, enabling dynamic and accurate monitoring throughout the testing process and significantly improving the precision of friction force and test force measurements. The software is also equipped with preset parameter limits for automatic shutdown or alarm protection.
