SSB triple-layer forming fabric features a structure design of SSB (sheet support binding) consisting of double warp layers with two wefts, it can help meet the demands of the forming section in specialty paper machinery. This well-formed design pattern provides many benefits. To meet the extremely challenging requirements for excellent surface characteristics of specialty paper, we have constructed this SSB design that delivers maximum fabric side planarity provided by a high fiber support index (FSI).

Such construction also allows high retention on top of little wire mark. Extra life potential is available from independently selected wefts on diameters, densities and shed amount (5-shed, 8-shed and 10-shed available).
