Hydraulic jacks offer high output force, lightweight construction, and the ability to operate over long distances. When paired with our ultra-high-pressure hydraulic pumps, they support lifting, pushing, pulling, and pressing operations. Hydraulic jacks are widely used in transportation, railways, bridge maintenance, and shipbuilding, and in recent years have gained extensive application in foundation settlement tests and static load testing.

  • High-precision sealing design: Uses internationally recognized high-pressure dual-combination seals to ensure excellent sealing performance, improved accuracy, and longer service life—at least 1.5 times longer than standard black O-rings.
  • Eccentric load absorption: Models of 500 tons and above are equipped with an eccentric-load absorption device to protect the piston rod when subjected to uneven forces.
  • Oil-port protection: All hydraulic jacks include anti-collision protection at the oil port to reduce accessory wear and improve work efficiency.
  • Advanced manufacturing process: The cylinder body is made from high-quality 40Cr steel, forged for strength. The inner wall undergoes deep-hole boring and rolling, enhancing surface finish and hardness while improving wear resistance and sealing performance.
  • Precise surface treatment: Piston rods undergo quenching and tempering to ensure wear resistance and prevent deformation under prolonged loads. Subsequent hard chrome plating increases hardness and smoothness to a level of 8, significantly reducing seal wear.
  • Dual-direction protective guiding system: Equipped with a PTFE copper wear-resistant guidance belt and soft wear-resistant guides to prevent friction damage to the piston rod and extend seal life.
  • Easy maintenance: The jack’s guide ring adopts a split design, making maintenance and disassembly easier.
  • Safety protection: All hydraulic jack models include safety valves to prevent damage caused by improper operation or overload.
