- The cutting machine has dual industrial camera. The high precision camera can realize accurate positioning and cutting. The process of manual positioning and fixture positioning can be reduced. All the positioning processes are automatically accomplished by the camera system.
- The material feeding and discharging manipulator can automatically accomplish feeding and discharging of material. The only responsibility of the operators is putting the material onto the worktable and removing the cutting finished workpiece from the worktable.
- This machine can realize automatic processing. All the process from material feeding, cutting, and material discharging are all accomplished by the system automatically. The labor intensity of the operators can be reduced. And the production efficiency can be higher because multi-machines can be controlled by one people.
