Feature
● This metal mold repair laser welder melts special wire, which will completely dissolve after melting to ensure no trace of repair in the joint between the fuse and substrate.
● The broken part of the mold is immediately sealed through high heat provided by the laser. After that, the electric spark polishes the surface.
● It provides precision fixes for blisters, cracks, debris and worn parts of molds with small heat effective zone.
● The welder does not alter the shape of the mold. It is suitable for all kinds of complicated welds, including welding thin sheets under 1mm.
