Deguang general rotogravure printing machine is suitable for BOPP, CPP, PET, PC, PVC as well as composite film and paper with the same properties. Its printing speed is 60-80m/min, while the mechanical speed is 80m/min.

Features

1. The rotogravure printing machine has the function of meter counting. Single sided printing, double sided printing and multi-color printing are all available.
2. The main motor adopts variable frequency speed regulation.
3. The material receiving and feeding device adopts an air shaft. The manual double station turnover design makes it possible to complete material receiving and feeding without stopping the machine.
4. The material feeding shelf is controlled by magnetic powder tension. The traction tension of material feeding shelf adopts automatic tension control. The receiving device adopts a moment motor, equipped with a light box device.
5. The pressure of doctor blades is controlled by dual air cylinder. The motor drives cam to rotate to realize the transverse movement of blades.
6. Drying and cooling device: Double blower is installed on the wall for drying. Electric quartz tubes are also distributed in the blowing ports of all ovens for heating. The temperature is controlled by an intelligent temperature controller. The top oven is cooled by a centrifugal fan, so as to ensure the cooling of film.
