The seawater intake and disposal system is able to maintain for up to 30 minutes in an 800℃ fire, thus allowing enough time for emergency rescue for offshore platforms.

Advantages:

Application: This rubber hose is mainly used as a seawater intake and disposal system on offshore platforms, and is also used for gasoline delivery, diesel, fuel containing up to 50% aromatic hydrocarbon, slurry, air and more.

Temperature Range: -30℃~ 100℃

Construction:

Tube: Black nitrile rubber with an excellent oil, sea water, acid and alkali resistance, thermal insulation
Reinforcement: High strength multi-layer steel cord and conductive copper wire, mandatory helix steel wire for hose with 6" and over
Fire Insulation: Glass fiber cloth
Cover: Red chloroprene rubber, fire resistant, abrasive and oil resistant, ozone resistant, anti-aging
