Description
The JH21S series open-frame press with fixed bed is a new generation of general deep drawing press for sheet metal processing, applicable to shearing, punching, blanking, bending and deep drawing jobs. It is configured with two-hand operating buttons and can realize continuous, single and micro-inching operating specifications.

Features of deep drawing press

Combination pneumatic friction clutch and brake, featuring high transmitted torque, small moment of inertia, easy installation and maintenance.
Hydraulic overload protector acting sensitively and reliably is employed. Once the press machine is overloaded, the protective device will immediately relieve pressure and stop the movement of the slide, sending out electrical signal in the meantime to protect the metalworking equipment and mold from damage. After overloading it can automatically reset to reduce downtime and improve the working efficiency of the hydraulic press.
Japanese AZBIL (TACO) dual solenoid safety valve is employed to ensure the safety and reliability of clutch operation.
Pneumatic components (filter regulator combination units, pressure regulating valves) from SMC products
Electrical control part adopts Omron PLC for centralized control to guarantee the reliability of the electrical control part effectively.
Employ integrated panel with electronic cam and LED indicator lamp included that can realize a variety of monitoring and signal indication.
