Oil-less bearings are employed on the moving parts of the toggle and platen, significantly reducing lubrication oil consumption and maintenance costs while minimizing oil contamination and promoting a cleaner production environment.
This new networked controller supports both semi-closed and closed-loop hydraulic systems. It features a user-friendly graphical operation interface, online curve monitoring, and centralized network connectivity for data management.
Our new pillar-guided structure features a shortened span to prevent barrel inclination and guide pillar deformation. Utilizing Molybdenum Disulfide-coated bushings, it offers low resistance, fast movement, permanent lubrication-free operation, and high cleanliness.
The robust and streamlined design has been optimized through Finite Element Analysis (FEA) for deformation and stress distribution, ensuring superior frame integrity and strength. This provides the HN series with exceptional stability.
