Key Components
New Mold Adjustment Mechanism
The integrated design of the mold adjustment mechanism and platen ensures uniform force distribution across all four tie bars, allowing for simple and accurate clamping force adjustment.
Oil-less Bearings
Oil-less bearings are employed on the moving parts of the toggle and platen, significantly reducing lubrication oil consumption and maintenance costs while minimizing oil contamination and promoting a cleaner production environment.
All-New Control System
This new networked controller supports both semi-closed and closed-loop hydraulic systems. It features a user-friendly graphical operation interface, online curve monitoring, and centralized network connectivity for data management.
New Patented Injection Sliding Structure
Our new pillar-guided structure features a shortened span to prevent barrel inclination and guide pillar deformation. Utilizing Molybdenum Disulfide-coated bushings, it offers low resistance, fast movement, permanent lubrication-free operation, and high cleanliness.
High-Rigidity Frame Structure
The robust and streamlined design has been optimized through Finite Element Analysis (FEA) for deformation and stress distribution, ensuring superior frame integrity and strength. This provides the HN series with exceptional stability.
