The purlin roll forming line can roll form both C and Z shapes purlins in one forming line, it not just help you to save footprint but also save setup time. JSR Machinery’s purlin roll forming machine can transform C and Z purlins of different sizes ranging from 100mm to 300mm, which can be done in 10 minutes. When transforming different sizes, precision gauges allow for quick auto adjustment.
High precision rollers are capable of rapidly forming 1.5mm to 3.0mm thickness steels at full speed up to 15m/min. Change from C to Z purlin production can be completed within 30 minutes, thus in addition to size change, shape change between C and Z type is also fast and convenient, greatly enhancing the flexibility of production.
