Bag-top fold-over device for folding woven bags or laminated bags prior to sewing

This bag top folding device uses a chain-driven system that moves rows of rubber bars to apply controlled pressure and friction along the top edge of the bag. As the bag travels between the two bar rows, the device gently folds and shapes the bag mouth, creating a consistent and secure fold that prepares the bag for sewing.

Once processed through the rubber bay type fold-over machine, the folded bag mouth gains higher structural stability, which helps prevent leaking, spilling, or loose stitching during downstream handling. The bag infeed device can be mounted on a pedestal and works seamlessly with GK35-series, GS-9-series, and GS-11-series bag sewing machines. It is widely used across grain, chemical, fertilizer, and animal feed packaging lines.
