Cable handling truck for cable unwinding and winding

Cable reel trucks are designed for cable handling and laying in electricity supply system of open-pit mines. JC-Hydraulic has developed the latest cable reel trucks by accounting for the power supply demands of heavy-duty mining equipment and learning from outstanding designs at home and abroad.

Three types of structures are available, including jib, a single cable reel and dual cable reels;

The engine is driven by hydraulic power take-off;

The reel trucks adopt imported hydraulic and transmission components;

The compact cab is fully sealed and equipped with an air-conditioning system, suitable to work in cold plateau regions;

Cable handling can be done remotely or manually;

The truck is equipped with hydraulic rams and lifting devices to realize safe, stable and efficient replacement of cable rolls;

The cable reel truck is equipped with an extendable hydraulic manipulator to make operation more flexible;

Truck chassis options from brands of Beiben, Mercedes-benz and Renault are available;

The electrical centralized control system ensures easy, safe and reliable operation.
