The YD32 4-column universal hydraulic press is a standard and widely used four-post hydraulic press designed for deep drawing, bending, forming, cutting, blanking, and flanging operations. Known for its reliability, stable performance, and cost-effectiveness, this machine is ideal for metal, plastic, rubber, powder metallurgy, and composite material processing.

With a nominal capacity ranging from 1,000kN to 10,000kN and slide strokes from 600mm to 1,400mm, the 4-column universal hydraulic press delivers powerful and flexible performance. The table sizes range from 700×700mm to 1800×1600mm, supporting a wide range of part sizes and forming applications.

Built with a computer-optimized four-column structure, the press offers simplicity, durability, and strong adaptability. A frame-type structure is also available for enhanced rigidity and off-center load resistance. The hydraulic system features an integrated cartridge valve system for smooth, reliable operation with minimal hydraulic shock and reduced leakage points.

The bottom beam includes an ejector cylinder that enables three working modes: ejection, non-ejection, and reverse drawing. Operators can select between pressure-based and stroke-based forming through the control panel.
