The large-sized double-track gantry concrete cutting line is designed for cutting AAC concrete blocks with moulds of the same size. It can cut two rectangular concrete cakes with dimensions of 4.2m x 1.2m x 0.6m or two rectangular concrete cakes with dimensions of 6.0m x 1.2m x 0.6m in a single operation. This system consists of a four-head double-track gantry vertical concrete cutter and a five-head double-track gantry horizontal concrete cutter, achieving a single cutting volume of 6-8m³.
