- Supports lamination of 150-600 g/m² cardboard and corrugated board, meeting the requirements of mainstream packaging materials.
- Vacuum feeder ensures precise sheet feeding; the circulating pile-up stand allows continuous loading of the next batch of face sheets without stopping, improving uninterrupted production efficiency.
- Bottom sheets are fed via an automatic air-suction system that synchronizes with the manual feeding speed of the top sheets, reducing coordination errors.
- Newly designed elastic front lay positioning system offers high positioning accuracy, ensuring bottom sheets never advance prematurely and laminating alignment remains precise.
- Equipped with a touchscreen / PLC / servo-motor control system and dual-inverter control for stable electrical operation; supports automatic fault alarms for quick troubleshooting.
- Scientifically designed counter clearly records daily output for convenient tracking.
- Fully automatic gluing system automatically compensates for glue loss, combined with glue circulation and recovery to avoid waste; the metering roller’s line speed is carefully designed to ensure even glue application and prevent splashing during high-speed operation.
- The bottom glue roller is cleaned by squeezing it against a rubber roller, which removes residue efficiently, allowing foreign matter to settle directly into the water tank; a liner gear drive raises and lowers the tank for easy removal and cleaning, ensuring the underside of the bottom sheet remains clean.
- The pressing section features a suspended movable structure, 5 m in total length, equipped with 28 pressing rollers to ensure even pressure during flattening and to enhance lamination quality.
- Optional pressing beds are available: a 2.5 m small bed and a 5 m large bed to accommodate different production scenarios.
