Structure Outline

The pin-barrel cold feed rubber extruder is made up of an extruding part for material feeding, a reducer, a motor and speed adjustor and a precise temperature control system.

The screw is made from 38CrMoAlA nitrogen steel and the surface is nitrogen. The hardness of the surface is HRC60-65 and the depth is 0.5-0.7mm.
The material of bush is made of 38CrMoAlA nitrogen steel and the surface is nitrogen. The hardness of the surface for the inner hole is HRC60-65 and the depth is 0.5-0.7mm.
The motor of the equipment is a direct current motor with stepless speed regulation. The decelerator is a gear decelerator with cylinder gears of two grades hardness. The precision of transmission is 6 steps.
