FD 3150 anti-dripping agent is coating modified PTFE powder and has flame retardant and anti-dripping functions in thermoplastics, improving flame retardant grade of products. In special applications, it can also improve comparative tracking index (CTI) of products.

Application

Suitable for thermoplastics and plastic alloys. Details as follows:

PBT (0.2~1%): Improve flame retardant level, improve CTI
ABS (0.1~0.2%): Decrease bromine and antimony content, improve impact strength
PC (0.1~0.8%): Prevent dripping, improve flame retardant level
PC/ABS (0.2~0.3%): Compounded with BDP, RDP, prevent dripping, improve flame retardant level
HIPS (0.2~0.3%): Prevent dripping, improve flame retardant level
PA (0.2~0.3%): Prevent dripping, improve flame retardant level
PE (0.2~0.5%): Prevent dripping, improve flame retardant level
PP (0.2~0.5%): Prevent dripping, improve flame retardant level
