Lanpoly FW 4200 PTFE anti-wear agent, made of 100% PTFE, is a kind of free flowing white powder.
Application
FW 4200 is mainly used for printing ink to improve wear resistance, surface smoothness and glossiness. Besides, it can also improve lubricating performance and decrease blocking. It shows good dispersion and is easy to disperse in in solid and liquid materials without caking. Used in paint system, it can effectively improve non-sticking performance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and reduce soaking. Usually the addition amount is 5-20%.
