Non-Rising Stem Gate Valve
Request a Quote
Non-rising stem gate valve is a special type of gate valve where the valve stem is located inside the valve body and is not exposed externally. This design minimizes the risk of contaminating the transported media in pipelines.
Applications
Non-rising stem gate valves can be used in various applications, including water conveyance systems, seawater pipeline systems, gas pipeline systems, food-grade media conveyance systems and weak acid-base transport systems.

Features
- Flat Bottom Valve Seat: The soft-sealing gate valve uses a flat bottom design similar to water pipes, which prevents debris accumulation and ensures smooth fluid flow.
- Integral Rubber Coating: The valve disc is coated internally and externally with high-quality rubber. Advanced rubber vulcanization technology ensures precise geometric dimensions after vulcanization. The rubber is securely bonded to the ductile iron gate plate, preventing detachment, maintaining excellent elasticity, and providing superior sealing.
- Corrosion Resistance: The valve body is coated with epoxy resin powder, providing corrosion and rust resistance, making it suitable for sewage pipelines.
- Triple O-Ring Seal: The valve stem features a triple O-ring seal design, reducing friction resistance during operation and significantly decreasing the likelihood of leakage. This design allows for seal replacement without the need to shut off the water flow.
- The valve is made of ductile iron, making it lighter than traditional gate valves, which facilitates installation and maintenance while providing increased impact resistance.
- Non-rising stem gate valves have their operating stems located inside the valve body, not exposed to external environments, which makes them suitable for applications where sensitivity to stem contamination is a concern, such as the fluid control in hygienic pipelines.
