The overhead bridge conveyor is designed to support the smooth transport and buffering of single-faced corrugated board within the production line. It plays a crucial role in ensuring continuous and stable operations while maintaining the quality of the corrugated board.

- Constructed with durable galvanized mesh grating on both sides for added strength and easy maintenance.
- The main structure is made from sturdy 250# channel steel and 150HW steel, providing long-lasting stability.
- Features a five-layer transport system, dividing the conveyor into two stages that efficiently move single-faced sheets to the triple preheating section.
- Access paths are covered with 20mm thick fire-resistant composite wood panels, replacing traditional slat designs to reduce paper drag and minimize the risk of tears. These panels also absorb sound and reduce vibrations for smoother operation.
