Description
Aerobic bacteria in LoChamp’s fermentation conveyor can decompose organic matter in poultry feces without need for the addition of any auxiliary material. The temperature can reach up to 65~75℃ during fermentation, which can ensure all kinds of pathogens and weed seeds are killed, so as to produce safe and quality organic fertilizers for customers. After fermentation, the moisture contents of the organic fertilizers are 20~35%.
Meanwhile, depending on the users’ conveying requirements, the use of this fermentation conveyor allows for single conveyor conveying as well as conveying by a horizontal or inclined conveying system which is composed of multi conveyors or this conveyor and other conveying machines, so as to satisfy the needs of different layouts of the operation lines. The fermentation conveyor is widely applied to a variety of modern industries and enterprises.
