Temperable mirror is created using high-vacuum plasma coating technology and an anti-oxidation nano-composite medium material that is applied to the surface of a glass substrate. Then, a high-reflectivity metal film is added to complete the process.
Unlike traditional mirror made with heavy metals like silver, copper, and lead, temperable mirror is an environmentally-conscious choice as they don’t use any harmful materials or paint. In fact, they have all the functions and properties of a mirror and can even be cut, polished, drilled, and bent for tempering treatment, making them perfect for safety mirrors.
The reflective layer of temperable mirror is physically stable, heat-resistant, corrosion-resistant and oxidation-resistant, which means temperable mirror outperforms traditional silver and aluminum mirror in quality and performance.
