Introduction
FHRJ manufactures long shank tungsten carbide rotary files for specialized applications.

Parameters
YG8 tungsten steel machining part
Diameter of shank: 3/6 mm
Hardness of shank: 40-45 HRC
Hardness of tungsten steel: HRA 90-91
Concentricity of long shank tungsten carbide rotary file: 0.1 mm

Application
Polishing: The long shank tungsten carbide rotary file is applicable for machine chamfer, rounding and groove of mechanical parts. It can also be used to clean up the flash, burr and weld joints of casting, forging and weldment.

Buffing: The long shank tungsten carbide rotary file is used to finish pipes and impeller passages, as well as art sculptures utilizing both metal and non-metal materials, including bone, jade and various stones.

Features
  • The application of special welding techniques ensures the weld strength acceptability remains over 99%, and the weld joint doesn't wear down.
  • The product uses a new type of YG8 tungsten steel, the hardness of which is 90-91, giving the rotary file an outstanding wear resistance.
  • The shank is heat treated and difficult to bend. The HRC of this part is as high as 40-45.
  • Concentricity calibration equipment is used to minimize the concentricity to under 0.1 mm. The long shank tungsten carbide rotary file requires a high concentricity, thus preventing wearing down and minimizing the risk of injuries caused by a low concentricity.
