The conveyor belt vulcanizing machine is designed to vulcanize conveyor belts including nylon conveyor belts, fire-proof conveyor belts, wire rope conveyor belts, etc. The vulcanizer is highly automated and compact.
Features
- The main machine is equipped with a special purpose hydraulic unit. Both the hot plates and piston plunger are all made of superior materials.
- PLC control system so as to realize multi program automatic control of the curing process. For example, the temperature of the hot plates can be measured and regulated automatically. This will improve the control level and provide high efficiency during production.
- We can design and manufacture all kinds of non-standard conveyor belts.
