Spun polyester core thread is created by twisting spun polyester around a central polyester filament core. This thread contains 35% spun polyester and 65% polyester filament. It features all the advantages of spun polyester, including the attractive appearance, and all the advantages of a polyester filament, such as a high strength.
Due to sewing workshops consistently using high speed needles with a sewing speed of more than 5,000 STI/min, regular sewing thread is unable to withstand the high needle speed, and results in frequent thread breaking. Our high strength, durable thread assists large sewing workshops in improving their efficiency, and our poly/poly core thread is widely used to sew leather goods, beach shoes, apparel, and more.
