The tape finishing and starching machine carries out shaping, hardening, and whitening of different webbings to improve fabric quality.
The double roller finishing and starching machine simultaneously carries out fabric starching and shaping. 1 to 4 tapes can be processed simultaneously.
Two heating ways: electric-heating and gas-heating. Electric heating features a quick and stable heating performance, quickly increasing the webbing surface temperature to150℃-200℃. The temperature can also be adjusted according to customer needs.The gas heating method features an auto-ignition system and electromagnetic control valve, ensuring easy and safe operation.

This machine is ideal for finishing and ironing of a variety of small tapes, including trademark tape, lace, and chiffon ribbons. 1 to 8 tape rolls can be processed simultaneously. Equipped with a variable frequency drive and electronic temperature controller, the temperature and speed are freely adjustable.
