Application
Mineral processing spiral classifiers are used to classify the ore sand and the graininess of ore pulp in metal beneficiation and desliming, dewatering and other processes in ore-washing operations. This classifier can be used with a ball powder mill and it is a great choice for use in beneficiation plants.

Applicable materials
Quartzite, gold ore, iron ore, copper ore, ore sand, ore pulp, fine silt, cement clinker, pyrrhotite and so on.

Advantages
  • The helical blades on the overflow side are all under the overflow surface. The classifier is suitable for classifying ore materials with a flow particle size between 0.15 to 0.07mm.
  • The sand return side adds an automatic lifting device for returning sand and cancels the ball mill feeding scoop, thus avoiding frequent overhauling.
  • Compared to a traditional machine, the mineral processing spiral classifier saves up to 1-1.5 kw/h when it produces 1 ton of ore.
  • The gears on the ball grinding mill work regularly.
