The JW-JDC1 pre-made pouch packaging line with rotary bagger is composed of the rotary packing machine, working platform, 10 heads weigher, Z-shaped elevating conveyor and vibratory feeder. We have developed this packing system with 6 or 8 working stations for customers to choose from.

The rotary packing machine with 6 working stations is able to finish pouch picking, label printing, pouch opening and filling, heat sealing and finished product discharging, making this line applicable to standard flat or stand-up pouches, and materials with an excellent flow rate and less powder.
The rotary packing machine with 8 working stations is able to finish pouch picking, label printing, pouch opening, filling I, filling II, heat sealing I, heat sealing II and finished product discharging, making it applicable to pouches or bags with a zipper or shaped. It is used to pack fluffy, powder, pieces, or blocked products that are sticky and do not flow well.

Applicable products: Granules, pieces, strips, round or irregular shaped products such as candies, snacks, pet foods, puffed foods, hardware, rubber parts and more.

Re-made bag packaging materials: Paper-plastic composite, plastic-plastic composite, aluminum-plastic composite, PE composite, multilayer composite, silicon dioxide film, aluminum foil, single layer PE, PP material and more.
