Water, dust and other dirty things exist in the unprocessed air, and the number of solid particles in one cubic meter is about 140 million. Meanwhile, during the compressing process, oil will be introduced into air. As a result, water, dust and oil all exist in the compressed air. If these impurities can’t be removed from compressed air, they can erode the pipeline, valve, instrument and other devices. Under this condition, the service life is reduced, the cost is increased, and the quality of compressed air is not perfect.
Our pipeline filter is designed on the basis of advanced European technology, and it is equipped with differential pressure display and automatic drain valve which can efficiently remove water, oil, bacterium, solid particle and other impurities. Meanwhile, our product has many great features, such as small size, long service life, easy maintenance, low differential pressure loss, high air capacity and efficiency, and good corrosion resisting property, etc. In addition, our pipeline filters have passed relevant tests of ISO8573 standard.
