This fully automatic filling machine supports forklift-assisted loading, manual decapping, automatic alignment, automatic quantitative filling, and forklift-assisted unloading, forming an efficient and streamlined process.

The automatic alignment system is available in two configurations: vision-based and mechanical-based bunghole seeking. Vision-based alignment offers high flexibility and compatibility with multiple drum types, while mechanical-based alignment provides a cost-effective and highly stable solution.

Optional configurations include multiple filling lances, powered roller conveyors, explosion-proof motors, fume hoods, and safety guardrails to meet various operational and safety requirements.
