Custom-Built PSA Oxygen Generator
The containerized oxygen generator adopts an integrated modular design combined with mature PSA technology. Designed for outdoor deployment, temporary sites, and mobile applications, the working process includes feed air pretreatment, PSA oxygen and nitrogen separation, oxygen delivery, and adsorbent regeneration. Compared with conventional PSA oxygen generators, the containerized unit offers enhanced mobility and compact layout. It is a true turnkey solution, no dedicated equipment room, installation, or on-site commissioning is required. Plug-and-play deployment enables rapid startup. Qualified oxygen output is available within 30 minutes, making this configuration suitable for emergency oxygen supply and mobile applications.
