Drill pipe length is typically selected based on drilling rig specifications. Common standard lengths include 1.5m, 3m, and 6m. Other lengths can be manufactured according to project requirements.

  • Apply an appropriate amount of thread grease to the connections before each use.
  • Clean the drill pipes after operation to remove mud, cuttings, and debris.
  • Inspect pipes regularly and replace or repair damaged or deformed sections in time.
  • Store drill pipes in a dry, well-ventilated area, avoiding heavy loads and high humidity to prevent deformation and corrosion.
